All our bags are constructed of tough, water-repellent Cordura nylon. During construction, every cut edge is taped with nylon seam-tape. There are no raw edges in any of our products.

Giles bag
I bought a Giles bag 7 years ago and it still going strong - good as new. In this culture where it seems like just about everything is disposable, it refreshing to see great products like this from a great company like Wilderness. I forgot when I bought the bag & sure enough, I pulled up my orders on the website and there it was from Sept. 2011! Don檛 be scared by the price - you get what you pay for and this bag is worth every penny. Every time I handle the bag & pull the zipper I檓 reminded of the high quality. I see no reason why it would檛 last a lifetime.
