For MIL-STD-1913 "Picatinny" rail systems from Knight's, A.R.M.S., GG&G, etc. Improves compatibility with mounting PEQ-2/PAQ-4 laser illuminators/designators. Provides an alternative to the front sight post mounting of the standard Sling Thing. Maintains barrel harmonics with free-floated rail systems.
Allows Giles Tactical Slings to be used in conjunction with a rail system, where the standard front wraparound cannot be used.
Uses a Colt style 1-1/4" sling swivel. Manufactured from tough 7075 billet aluminum; black hard-coat anodized. As with all GG&G products, it is 100% American Made.
