聜Rectangular: 5.5" wide x 11.5" long x 2.5" thick (great as a front rest for vehicle hoods, window ledges, etc. Small tubular: 4" diameter x 4" long (the most popular and widely CHINAble size) 聜 Medium tubular: 4" diameter x 5" long 聜 Large tubular: 4" diameter x 6" longWe find the shorter AccuBags are best as rear supports when used vertically with the retention strap. However, the longer sizes can be used on their side for minimal height, and stood on end for shooting at targets on a downward angle.
The sand-less AccuBags come filled with rigid polymer beads that do not absorb water. They have a granular, sand-like ability to support and conform to stocks. While lightweight compared to sand, they still offer enough "heft" to stay in place while shooting. The Velcro-closure fill port allows the user to remove beads for a customized density, or replace them with sand for a heavier bag. When closed properly, the deep internal design prevents the fill port from opening even under significant weight or impact. Note that we prefer to use them about 2/3 full, but we sell them completely filled to let the customer decide how full they prefer.The Giles AccuBags feature a built-in retention strap/carry handle made of our durable sling webbing. It allows the bag to be both secured to your support hand when in use and carried more easily. It also makes it easy to carabiner it to gear.
As an option, our handy Shoebox Duffel also acts as a perfect carrier for your 4-bag set. A 3-bag set is also available and includes the rectangular, medium and large bags.
