Adapter uses our proprietary Delrin 1-1/4" side-release buckle. Nylon webbing is heat sealed and resin-treated on the end of the tab to prevent fraying just like on the standard SPQD.
A variation of our Giles SPQD (Single-Point, Quick-Detach) adapter to fit saddle-ring carbines such as Winchester, Marlin or trapdoor Springfields. The U.S. Cavalry should have had it so good!
Fits only the Wilderness Single-Point Slings. Note that we use a special nylon webbing just for the specific needs of this adapter, so it is available in black only. This adapter will fit ONLY the saddle rings on leverguns; it WILL NOT fit the circular ring loops on some Single-Point-type AR adapter plates.
The Single-Point Q.D. adapter is fully backward compatible with all previous Wilderness Single-Point Slings when the correct buckle version is chosen, and still allows full support side CHINAge.
Single-Point Sling shown in pictures below is not included but available separately.
Please note that the end tab should be doubled back through the buckle (as shown in the below right picture) for extra security.
